I'm a 1/18 Porsche diecast collector and Porsche enthusiast. Have 300 models so far since I began 20 years ago. I have four Rothmans 956's - the 82, 83, 86 and 87 LM winners. The two Spark models came with Rothmans decals in the box. The two PMA models didn't. One PMA (the 82) came with blank spots ready for decals. The 83 PMA however came with "RACING" graphics where the Rothmans logos would be. I read on this site many years ago that Rothmans graphics were actually underneath the "RACING" decals; sure enough with a bright light and magnifier you can see them there.
Two questions: Where can I buy Rothmans decals for these PMA models, and can the RACING decals be removed leaving the Rothmans decals underneath intact and in place. Have no idea why PMA went this route on the 83 but it's mine to deal with.
