from the side doesn't look as clunky in person unless you really stare at it, though it is still larger that it should be as the top doesn't taper down as much as it should. The canopy section seems to look just a tiny bit small, which makes the doors seem too tall. The front end is good, but the headlight housings/covers aren't quite big enough - it should be more rounded toward the outer part of the fender/wing to expose more of the headlight from a side view. It seems to be a really difficult shape to master by modelmakers (with the exception of BBR).

As I noted, what really detracts are the chrome wire wheels. Though made well, they're just too shiny.

BTW - at the same time I got the BOS Rover P5B and that is a very fine resin model in all respects
