Did anyone see this bizarre bit of Sportscar news?

The 'World Endurance Championship' has released it's 2018/2019 calendar. Although they have scaled down the number of races, they are now going to be running a 12 hour race at Sebring... but this is NOT taking place concurrent with the 'normal' IMSA Weathertech 12hrs of Sebring, but instead, it is a separate race beginning two hours after the end of IMSA 12hr race !?! Midnight start...running until noon the next day.
