As it seems like you are the minority, at this point but we still are interested in the details, just in case we were just lucky......
If it turns out you just had one unfortunate experience with one model, then we cannot take your hard criticism of BoS model seriously as there might have been unique circumstances around your model's delivery that is not typical....
BoS model I purchased not too long ago, came all the way from Italy to California with no damage at all....
