#446334 Well....my frustration with Tecnomodel continues.....

They have shown & announced a great choice of model....at least for me it is. The 1955 Aston Martin DB3S in four(4) versions. BUT...... as usual the photos are retouched sort of artist renderings. That said, based on their standard way, the photos show a noticeable amount of inaccuracies, which I expect will be on the models. I'm just basing this on past experience with all of their releases. I know that I am probably reacting too soon, but as mentioned, there are a number of mistakes they show on these, and certainly not all if any will be corrected. At around $280. each they are not cheap, and should be a lot better. I will breakdown and buy (hopefully at a big discount) the least flawed version since it will fill an important place in my collection, and doubtful that anyone else will produce models of this car in any scale larger than 1:43, except for my old CMA limited editions. I produced three versions of the 1955 DB3S and one of a 1956 car, all in 1:24 scale, many years ago.

Apologies for this mild rant, but I just couldn't hold it in!
