Marshall Buck was banned from the Diecast Zone about 3 years ago for repeated violations of Forum Guidelines. The majority of the board of the Zone agreed that this was the proper thing to do, and that it was actually long overdue because of his repeated violations, and for his constant attacks on all of our friends and partners. Most of his vicious attacks were by e-mail, so that collectors could not see them, just the owners and manufacturers.
He e-mails threats and slanders us at every opportunity. Uses profanity in his emails, etc. However, I have no time or inclination to respond to his juvenile garbage. I am doing so here only because he posted above “I have NO confidence in anything that Legacy has to say. Neither of the owners seem to know very much”. As one of the owners of Legacy I have been in the Diecast industry for over 25 years.

Our attorneys have copies of all of his e-mails as proof of all of his threats and slander.

If he responds to this with more slander, as we would expect. We will not respond any further.
