response from a "person" who never seems to post anything here. Certainly it requires some sort of a response from me, but not one filled with venom like that of Michelle’s. Many of you know me, so think what you will, good, bad, or indifferent. Regardless, there is some clarification needed here, which is a complete waste of time for me, but really needs to be done.

First, for Josh...my recent deleted post on their forum was simply to correct wrong - inaccurate information posted by one of their members. All I did was correct what he wrote since the wrong information specifically mentioned me, and my company by name, and the info posted was WRONG. Based on this, it looks as though they are ok with that sort of thing on their forums. Their choice, not mine. I sent a short, “heated” e-mail to her partner after the recent deletion. He did a disservice to the forum members over there by deleting information that he fully knew was correct.

Yes, back in July of 2014 they first censored a post of mine, and then decided to ban me, (so much for freedom of speech) although they initially denied that both of those things had been done. It became a bit of a hot issue there for a short while. Back at that time I had simply responded to some posts regarding a specific Minichamps Delage model. I replied/posted information for collectors about that model being inaccurate, flawed, and that I would not buy one. Well that really upset her and her partner. Apparently, honesty and facts are not welcome on their forum, which they bought - they did not create it. So my post was deleted and I was banned. I think everyone knows the following about me…. I don’t believe in blindly saying something is good or correct when it is not. I also know there are many of you who feel this way too. I also don’t believe that anyone should lie about someone else, or about the facts, but we all know that this happens all the time....everywhere.

Because it was so unbelievable in the amateur way I was censored, etc, I kept complete copies of all the posts relating to the Delage model post, and all the posts from all forum members about it. Many pages to read through. There was a lot of support for me, along with only a few that did not support me. Nonetheless gone from there I was and still am. And that is ok, but….the way it was handled was not ok, including this recent nonsense.

Her statements: Repeated violations... Really? Well…there weren’t any. Constant attacks?...vicious attacks?...threats?...slander?...every opportunity? I would say that is quite a list, and not even close to accurate. Just wrong, wrong, wrong.

Being in ANY business for any length of time, be it Ms. Peters 25 years, or longer does not guarantee or mean that a person, or company and their claims can be relied on, etc, etc. You have to look at many factors, and length of time in an industry does not necessarily guarantee anything. Sometimes this is very clear, and sometimes it is not.

I would have to say that without a doubt; what Ms. Peters wrote could be considered slanderous. I find it vicious, unprofessional, and rather disgusting. Anyone within this industry, and with an ounce of professionalism, and real business sense, would have initially picked up the phone in 2014 and called me, and said or asked....“Hey what the H__ is going on here...is there a problem?” Did they ever try to work things out? No, they never did.
