last year september, i had the winning bid on a Minichamps Zakspeed Escort
with a "reputable" seller Peter Spurk with a legit store "ModellautoDreams"
i admit making the mistake of a wrong payment of just the price of the model and forgot to add the shipping
but i did transfer the shipping costs later (and a few cents extra ...) in a seperate transfer
he claimed i never paid
i filed a complaint with ebay
they wouldn't assist as i paid trought banktransfer, they only help trough paypal
i went to the police here to file a theft ,they wrote a dossier,
and i even provided prove of payment from the bank !
but the officer told me straightaway i had no case
he told me Belgian justice won't lift a finger for theft under a 1000 Euro !?
so i asked him what would happen to me if i walked into his store and just take a model without paying ....
trough mail i contacted the local police in Germany to mention my problem
and asked what they could do to help me
i'm still waiting .... even after 5 reminders trough the year ....

negative feedback was impossible since the seller blocked me and canceled the sale
so theft is legit under a 1000 € if done buy stores , at least it seems to me :-(
