#446939 Just received new 12Art (Matrix) 1:12th Aston Martin DB4.

Some damage to it due to poor packaging from the manufacturer, but I'll make repairs here.

Overall it's very nice and better in some ways than the simple DB5 model from GT Spirit which I also have. I am happy to have this DB4 model, but.....once again we have a manufacturer that has failed to do BASIC, simple, easy research.

Wrong style exhaust tips. Ends should be angled, not straight cut.
Steering wheel is positioned upside down - DB4 & DB5 should always have center spoke facing UP in the middle, not in down position.
Seat belts should really not be in at all, especially in the rear, and all are so thin (under size) that they are only good for a much smaller 1:24 scale model!
Seat belt hardware is also wrong type.
Gear shift is in completely wrong location, much too far forward.
Painted gray area of dash gauge cluster is wrong color - should be a dark met gray, not light color.
Nice ceiling detail, but spoiled by a lot of careless excess glue.

It would take too much work to open this up and properly fix all the problems, so I'll leave it the way it is, except I might fix the exhaust pipes. This is so frustrating, especially since all of these problems are stupid rookie mistakes that there is NO excuse for.
