#19584 OT. USPS just increase the rate by almost 10%!

I went on the USPS website and noticed flat rate box price was jump quite a bit!
I did some research and USPS increase their rate by almost 10% starting 1/17/2016.
USPS prices were very reasonable compare to Fedex and UPS...well not any more.
