You do realize it is not a sold price, but an asking price and the seller is located in Japan....and the headline reads 'Outofproduct'. Further, in the description, the item is listed as a presale. Add to that that the seller has a 96% feedback rating. Radioactive listing IMHO.

If I were selling this model I wouldn't find this to be a credible comparison.

One thing if you have not used ebay in a while, there are tons of listings for models at prices they will never come close to achieving - by hundreds or even thousands of $. I'm not sure why that has become a trend. That said, you see it all the time - especially in 'Sponsored' links that disrupt your searches.
