I emailed them a couple of times, as there was a model I was interested in, and had one I needed to sell. I can't remember if they gave me a price, but they did say I would be better off trying to sell it myself. In other words, they wouldn't offer me much.

They had (and actually still have) a model on eBay I was interested in with a best offer option, but they weren't willing to accept much of an offer. I ended up finding the same model from a shop in Germany, and even with shipping to the US it was cheaper than what they were willing to accept.
