It's pretty much a given that a few things change on models between the prototype and production stages just like on most products. The final product pics are available now, and it's up to the collector to decide if they are OK with the changes and if they want to buy it with such or not......
I usually have a sort of tolerance range for such, and if I didn't, I would have so much fewer models in my collection. It's pretty much the reality we always deal with in this hobby.......
