Photobucket is terrible, I ditched it a little over a year ago. I still get spam mail from them and when I click unsubscribe, it says there's an error. Flickr is nice for me because I can take pictures on my phone through their app and then when I go on my computer and sign in, all my pictures are waiting. You can edit and group the photos pretty easily. The only bad part is if you want to download (for example) 10 photos in an album with 30, you have to download each individually.
