Hey Guys, I have a couple of questions.
Recently I opened one of my Otto Mobile Renault's Espace (purchased directly from Otto). I had the model for quite a while, but opened it just a couple of weeks ago. I found out the windscreen is dented inwards. It looks like there has been some unwanted tension on it while glueing in the model. Anyways, I contacted Otto Mobile customer service. After a few weeks they offered to send me a replacement windscreen. My questions are; should I accept this 'solution' for the defect? Did anyone ever replace a Otto Mobile window part before? I don't see myself doing this succesfully.
Any opinions or tips are welcome!!

Second; most of my True Scale display boxes have the faded white spots on the plastic covers. It appears to be only on the outside and the tops! And I have not used any strange products to clean it. Does anyone recognize this or know how to fix that, if even possible..
