#446251 I have received a couple of BoS models with damage >>

The worst one was a Opel Senator in gold metallic. It had it's rear window completly distorted like someone held a hot hairblower right on it. When I mentioned it and asked for a replacement they were not keen on replacing it for another model.
A replacement for the defects like I explained them on the high quality models "made no sense" apparently.
I have send emails after that to ask if the model arrived and if they inspected it and what there thoughts were. Never got an answer on that. Only that it took time for the model to be processed back into the shop etc etc...

More recently I received a Chrysler Newport with a mirror broken and a steeringwheel lose. This one was replaced no problem. Then I a Lincoln Continental Sedan that had 2 left side mirrors mounted on it. In this case I received two new mirrors. Also I have a VW Polo II with a broken mirror, no replacement was possible in this case. And I also had a Rolls Royce Camargue with both mirrors off.

Ps: not everyhting mentioned here.

Advised them a couple of times to contact QC and packaging (maybe with little feedback to customer). Clearly some things were caused while packing the models, no answer to any of this.
By mentioning this I only try to help their business by pointing out things for improvement and it sometimes seems to be read as negativity and complaining.

Love a lot of the model choices of Bos, but these experiences have made me I feel a little insecure ordering a new one sometimes.

I also have to say that I find calling Jorge a troll based on only his message and the fact he responded unclear or to late quite immature. But then again, it perhaps does not surprise me at all.
