just got sent an ad from Legacy Motors showing the new 1:12 scale Cobra roadster listed as the 1964 Targa Florio class winner.

Tell me that this is not the model being sent out with a $500.00 price tag because the model in the picture has THE WRONG WINDSHIELD!!!! The 'eyebrow' windscreen was not legal for FIA racing. It was used on USRRC and SCCA spec cars.

This car's likeness, owing to its being driven by Dan Gurney and its cool livery is on more posters, pictures, archives, you name it, than any other Cobra roadster with the possible exception of Ken Miles #98 SCCA car and all of those pictures show it with a windshield.

Say it isn't so!!!
