Such an oddball, and hard to believe that the best and the worst F1 car of 1972 ran not only same year but in the same class of racing.

Also, the JPS was already in its third season, on the way to its second championship.
Concept with the side coolers the same until now, while the Tecno sports the driver warming front cooler as the 60s cigars do.







All the work on this low center of gravity and nice airflow to the wing with a 180° V12.
And then to put an unruly mess on top of it. :-D





Tecno did have a rather good chassis according to Chris Amon, but the flat 12 lacked around 60 of the promised 460 horses.
Sounded glorious, though.
