When I was a kid in the 70's. it was my favorite of all my Matchbox cars (My parents bought it for me for my birthday...) and it definitely was the car that made me have so much interest in cars from that time on....
I felt devastated when one of my mom's friend's kid, stole the Carabo Matchbox out of my bedroom, when they were visiting. It was one of the saddest thing I experienced when I was a kid. I still remember wishing so long that it would turn back up on my shelves and that it was just all a bad dream.....but it never did.
