but I think their stock comes from Europe so in stock doesn't mean in stock at a local US warehouse and I think they do state there is a 2wk shipping schedule

Recently they reported ALL their stock of Spark Sauber C9 #63 arrived with broken rear wing and they were very forthcoming to alert me and asked if I wanted to accept the broken model with a $75 discount or full refund.

Their wishlist seems to up until recently always said in stock but expected ship date keeps moving into the future but i think they recently cleaned that up and wishlist ship list seems more accurate.

They do charge at the time of order on pre-orders vs at the time of shipment.
