Is the Kyo in butterscotch worth a closer look?

Just had my dark blue w/red interior copy in hands today, for giving some shopping advice to a hobby newbie (in form of our neighbor).

He went off to grab up that forgotten red Aa Roadster that sat in a local brick & mortar store round the corner for a decade.
Costly, and still with too small tires and a bit bulky bodywork, but great looking anyway.
Too bad I sold my two red Roadsters years ago for a laughable price.
