It was dead from the start for me, they measured a faulty version with a plump nose (the 1:1 was restored to its correct shape in between, so the CMC has no matching original anymore).

The unnerving thing for me is the weak rear track, and the too low sitting side gills.
Below the door shutline!

This is extra odd because the GTO mold of CMC is kinda unique in the diecast world, as these gills are a seperate part.
So these are easy to fix.
But they don't.

For the record: BBR's resin GTO is not looking right for me, neither... too bulky, as if it is blown up.
