wanted to take a minute and show an antenna idea. This takes a straight pin, some small brass tubing, a saw and a file. A Dremel can be used too, goes faster...



Insert the straight pin into the brass tubing and cut to desired length.



From race day pictures this car had a thin tall antenna...



I didn't notice the left side mirror was bent down until I reviewed my first post of it (how did I miss that? I also blacked in the front axle hole and put a little silver on the exhaust spring holders
