I just emailed them about a week or two ago and they didn't respond at all and it was in reference to a first shot Ferrari I purchased from Tony back in 2012. They have not responded and I sent him pics and a photo copy of the certificate of authenticity for a update on expected value for insurance purposes and he/they have not ever replied back. Truly sad because they make nice models but the customer service side is trash.
