After several attempts at phoning them, Tony finally picked-up on Thursday. Thankfully he was able to confirm my order and gave me a tracking number. His story is they are upgrading the website for security and general device compatibility reasons. I think most companies can do that without going dark for days...

My package should arrive Tuesday. I hope you are able to contact them, but I'd be a bit skeptical about any value Tony gives you. The "retired" model values on the old website were always wildly inflated and unrealistic.
