I read that oral arguments in the legal challenges to the tariffs were heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit about a week ago. It sounds like the cases will go to the supreme court regardless of that circuit court outcome. I also heard that US citizens won't feel most of the tariff impacts for at least another month or more due to existing inventories.

The most shocking thing I heard is that the tariffs will drive up new car prices by $5,800. Luckily our two cars have about 18K and 38K miles on them now.
