I remember when this Replicarz model first came out. I had some interest in the car but it was not central to my collection and being both a sealed model and $249.99 it was a 'pass' for me. I then started reading reviews that were critical of the accuracy of the model and my mind was set.

Then while looking at the Replicarz web site I saw a 'bad box' sale price of $99.00. At that price I was willing to take a chance




I expected it to arrive with some damage and without a box - after all when have you ever heard of a box being worth $150.00?


So here is a picture of the damaged box





Turns out that Replicarz is now selling this car for 119.99. I'm really bummed out that my box is now only worth $20.00

I think more importantly the price drop shows that Replicarz misread the market for this car
