#465797 First, I don't know why Mint Models would say that tariffs

are a flat 30% when there are different rates for different countries' goods. I can only assume that they use 30% because most of the models come from China, whose goods are charged that rate.
Second, if the Supreme Court determines that the tariffs hav been illegally imposed (which they have), then the Customs department/Federal government would have to establish a method for accepting claims for, and paying out, refunds of taxes paid. It would likely take quiet a while to get the refund for a shipment of models, but it would have to be honored.
I've got orders from two dealers in Germany and one dealer in Italy which are on hold until this is cleared up. Fortunately, these three dealers have been willing to not only hold my models but also accept a commnitment to pay, rather than having the charge actually made on my credit card.
