And indeed logos and their locations varied from race to race. It is a reason I always model after a specific race. I had considered making one from the Solido model - which is indeed the most accurate but decided I had enough of the 427 Cobra roadsters. It is unfortunate that for reasons of durability model manufacturers tend to put channels into car bodies to set the windshield frame in. This actually happened less in the old days when they used much thicker plastic for windshields. Then they would just hold the frame with two or three small fixing points.
