up this relatively recent model and I'm happy with it in general but I'm a bit bothered by the wheels. I'm okay with the dog dish hubcaps but I'm not crazy about the steel wheels surrounding them being black, even if that was their OEM color.

I'm considering painting the wheels a silver color and leaving the dog dish hub caps as they are. I also thought about attempting a wheel swap but I'm not sure how difficult or risky that would be to do on an Acme model. Has anyone here attempted that?
