posts. While you didn't add a large number of models, your buys included a good variety of cars and some very interesting ones like that Cobra coupe body buck and the Cobra roadster.
This is the first time I saw a production version of Sun Star's blue Fairlady Z. I think it looks good with the fender flares painted body color. I might have preferred that Sun Star did that with their orange version.
Even though you ran out of space you were able to display a lot more in one room than I ever thought about attempting.
As far as my year, I went a little crazy with buy-backs of models I previously sold during my big downsizing a decade ago. A good portion of the 36 models I bought in 2025 were buy-backs.
I'm still down about 50 models from my peak collection size but I like the set I have now better than what I had in 2014. Many of those that I don't plan to buy back were far from being must-haves.
My three most satisfying buys in 2025 were Kyosho's UDT Laystall Ferrari 250 GTO (a grail car for me) and buy backs of Kyosho's gold Toyota 2000GT (the original metal version) and the definitive book on that car.
Next year I plan to pick up a pair of Tecnomodel 250 Testa Rossas, a GT-Spirit Porsche 928, a Norev Alfa Spider and another Alfa GTV6. Also looking for one more buy-back.
