Great review and addition, thanks a lot for sharing. Indeed, it's sad to see that except for Norev and Touring few other OEM release fully opening die-cast models. Ironically, Mitica's die-cast models are cheaper than their resin models, which makes you really wonder.

At my end, this year's focus for me has been on Le Mans racing cars in 1/18 - admittedly belatedly given long past Autoart releases. I bought mostly sealed die-cast from CMR/Werk83 or opening die-cast from Burago and Solido. Additions included 1969/1970/1971 Porsches 917 LH and 917K and 917/20, Porsche 935K3/81, Jaguar XJR-12/90, Ferrari 499P 2024 winner.

For next year, my wish list includes the Matra winners of 1972/73/74 (resins), Porsche 936/76 winner (Werk83), BMW V12 LMR/1999 (Kyosho), Porsche 911 GT1-98 (UT/Werk83) and the Ferrari 499P 2025 winner (Burago), the Alpine 442/78 (Norev), the Rondeau M379/80 (resin).

I would also like to revive my street cars collection but have not yet mad up my mind - I liked Solido's edition of the BMW E21 323i but regret it wasn't fully opening and thus skipped it as I am hoping that as it happended for the BMW E36 M3 Norev will release a proper fully opening die-cas version.

Taking this opportunity to address you my warmest wishes for this year end festivities and for an outstanding (collecting) New Year !
