But not this Spider with its mass appeal.

Actually, this is exact the Alfa (Fastback in silver) I drove once, a good friend had this for many years (her husband drove a Grand Wagoneer).
One of only two Alfas I ever drove.

(Have to admit, I liked my Miata better back then. But to be fair, the Spider was more than two decades older, maybe nearly 30 yrs in concept.)
