#466333 2025 New Entries, The Finish Line

I posted it in FLM's round-up already, but only last week the missing link (1:18 #12) finally returned to my house.

My year was slower than usual, lack of must-have new cars, lack of space and funds.
(Also, the 1:1 swallowed a cr4pload of money this year.)

Just 12 new 1:18s, and three 1:24s, and few 1:43s.
But while I also sold 24 18s and a handful of 43s, slotcars and one 1:12 my collection actually shrunk, bud sadly it is not visible in the house.

Noticed it is the first year ever without new racing cars in 1:18... too many out there now, and too expensive in the resin sector (GP Replicas' new Tyrrell 007 and Talbot Matra are must-haves, basically).
The 1:24s this year all are F1, though.

I concentrate on the 1970s right now, no way I want to have everything just because it exists.

New entrys so far:

Some moderns...

some Beetles...

more Beetles and a moviestar and a poster icon...

a goat double, one a surprise buy, the other one a long missed GMP classic.
And a Mopar whale.

So, here's the one that returned 20 yrs after I sold my copy.
When these left the building in the mid-Noughties, this and the even nicer lemon yellow twin just fetched less than 60 Euros each.
Had to pay more now for this single car.
Live and not learn, that's me.

Not sure if this well-known model oldie needs a posting, though.

Purple and orange were the colors of the 2025 collection year... same as my childhood environment. ;-)

The sidekicks: a Ferrari flop from 1973, abysmal car but so nice.

And an almost forgotten pair of US F1 history, the Penske was actually a race winning car, no less.
And a beauty.
Shadow, a fave F1 team of mine.

Now, gimme the Parnelli F1... pleeeze.
