I did feel it was riding too high - what I generally refer to as 'transport height' as opposed to 'racing height'

I was also struck by the shag carpet and the screening which I had done a good deal of photo study on back in the day when I was doing upgrade work on old cheapo Ferrari models.

I never got any farther as I had no interest in getting the model - at least not at that price.

The really interesting thing is that like almost all of CMC's flawed models none of these were due to cost savings - unless you consider research. Or maybe it is just lack of oversight of the manufacturer. Odd.
