03:17PMalready knows this but it impressed me so I'm sharing. The F1 Channel is on a network I get for free, I'm sure it's on
several networks. There is a show on there that reviews F1 seasons starting in the seventies. The 1976 season is most
interesting. I loved the movie Rush but watching these shows they go so much more in depth. Phil Hill is the trackside
interviewer and he talks with drivers, the conversations are great. You see them working on the cars, and some somber
moments too, they show Niki's crash, there was a camera right there. A moment I found funny, Hill is talking to Hunt
about being stripped of points after a race his car was found about 1/32" too wide and while they were talking Hunt puts
a sticker on his rear wing "CAUTION: WIDE VEHICLE" and then several drivers make comments about it and they all laugh.
It's like being an insider. Lauda and Hunt joked a lot about each other and they were both kind of funny. It's wild
watching these cars and holding one in your hands, it makes them so real, little pieces of history themselves.
