In 1974 my parents bought a new Audi 100LS sedan from our local Porsche + Audi dealership and I will never forget the black 911 Targa with the cork leather interior that was on display. The salesman gave me a copy of the big, high quality deluxe 911 brochure, which I spent a lot of time reading.
