Useful things to know:
1) If you pre-order a model along with ordering models already in stock, they will hold your entire order until the pre-ordered item is available. However, you can always cancel that pre-ordered model if you're tired of waiting and they'll ship the rest of the order.
2) Once you pay for an order, you can't add to it or modify it; you can only cancel individual items in the order (whether models in stock or a pre-ordered model) or cancel the whole order.
3) If you believe you may want to later add models to a new order, then don't pay for the new order with a credit card but elect to pay by bank transfer. That way they are able to modify an order for you and they'll send you a link to make payment by credit card for the final amount.

They pack the models very well - expect a large box with a lot of packing material. They use FedEx for shipments.
