I remember reading the filing Jim Hall made against them for their Chaparral models and that Exoto tried to get around Ferrari by not using the Ferrari name on their Tipo 156 cars. Their fight with Ferrari goes way back. I remember when I first started collecting in 2003 they were taking pre-orders for Ferrari 250 GTO's. They never came. I technically still have one on pre-order for $125.00.
