HP Farms is storage facility where you buy your garage. I think sites like this are popping up nationwide, particularly at race tracks. This one was started by a guy who owns a local repair shop, who also dabbles in sales. They put on C&C events & encourage garage owners to show off their garages to fill the remaining open spots.
