| I'm a Brazilian from Sao Paulo (b.1962),and live in Israel since 1989. I've been collecting 1:18 scale cars since 1995 and have some 350 high end and mid budget models. I focus my "herd" moreover on American cars from the (late 1930's - 1974) period, including Police cars. BTW, I'm a fan of the Detroit "Big Three", although I own my favorite remarkable cars from other "Orphan" American car makers. I also collect the classic Ferraris (50's until early 70's street & racers); German cars like Mercedes Benz street cars from the period (1920's -1977) have my special collecting attention. My collection includes other 50's until early 70's racers and a few European street cars from the (1930's -1974) period too. Besides of being a Classic Ferraris enthusiast, my all time favorite cars are the 1957 Chrysler 300C; 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk; 1949 Buick Roadmaster; 1958 Simca Chambord; 1968 Mercedes Benz 280 SE Coupe; 1970 Mercedes Benz 300 SEL and finally 1959 Mercedes Benz 300 SE "Heckflosse". |
